Where is the Client Portal?

Lost your link to the client portal? Don’t worry, here you go

I have forgotten my password

Don’t worry, this happens all the time. We have so many different passwords to remember now that it’s not surprising really, is it!

We don’t hold your password on file, so we can’t tell you what it is.  However, all you have to do is click on the link to the portal, and then click on ‘forgotten password’ to get it reset.

Where can I find the Questionnaire for my tax return?

I'm ready to get started on my tax return, what should I do next?

Great, let’s get it done!  Next steps are: 

  1. Download and complete the questionnaire
  2. Upload the completed questionnaire and all documents to your portal https://myportal.zebraaccountants.com/signin
  3. Drop us an email and let us know you are ready help@zebraaccountants.com

 

What documents do you need to complete my return?

Unfortunately we cannot provide a definitive list of documents as everyones circumstances are different, however our questionnaire gives guidance when you select the types of income that you have. Don’t worry, if we think we are missing documents when we complete your return we will let you know.

Who are my contacts?

We know it can be confusing to know who to contact, so just email help@zebraaccountants.com and we will ensure your email gets to the right person.

How can I pay you?

We like to make things as simple for you as possible, so we offer many payment methods, including – £ bank account, $ bank account, paypal, credit card, debit card. If you cannot find the details of how to make your payment in your preferred method, please email help@zebraaccountants.com and we can help.

Of you would prefer to pay your fees monthly in advance please email us on help@zebraaccountants.com and we can set up a direct debit for you.

Can I refer my friend?

Yes please – we would love to work with them. You will receive a £25 credit for each person you refer to us. Make sure they mention you when they get in touch, or better still send us an email introducing them. Thank you
